PCs Recommended by Windows!

These PCs are recommended by Windows?  Really?

I’d be more likely to believe they’re recommended by Microsoft, or Lenovo, or perhaps even Amazon.com, because these are companies.

But Windows, the operating system, is recommending these PCs?

Perhaps it’s early wisps of SkyNet, as the machines go about pre-ordering themselves in advance of the great awakening.
